I've bought these a couple years in a row now for my son's school uniforms. They are a comfortable fit. Inside there is a button-belt for tightening the waist, so he has been able to wear the same size and grow in to them over time. The colors don't fade easily and it was only after MUCH playing, running, and falling that we began to get holes in one of the knees. The length is perfect for him already but easy to cuff up as well. These are a little pricey but worth it for the quality - however there is a 2 pack that makes the prices not add up. However this pack comes with khaki, black, and navy blue which is exactly what I need. I will continue to buy these so long as they are available! They are good for fancy dress, uniforms, and daily casual wear.
