These size 8 slim jeans are the absolute best fitting pants I have ever found for our super tiny waisted son. He is tall for his age and all pants have to be tied tight or elastic pulled all the way. He’s 8 and on the autism spectrum so he’s not able to do some things on his own and the button on these pants are why I didn’t give them 5 stars. This button slides through the slit but it’s so so hard, it even hurt my fingers doing it. Thankfully he can just barely slide these jeans down and back up, and I didn’t even have to touch the elastic band. Yay! Hopefully he’s able to pull his underwear back up with them lol.I also bought the same brand, size 8 regular and what a huge difference the two are. The regular didn’t have enough elastic to make them tight enough and the elastic was all bunched up in the front. He will grow too tall for those before he gets more meat on his bones.I am ordering a couple more size 8 slim in different shades and will look for button hacks while I wait for them to be delivered.Bought two pairs and sadly they don't fit my boy. Hoping he grows into them soon. Good quality for a good price otherwise. Sizing is funny. I'd say runs large.My son wears a slim size, and the elastic band around the waist with the buttons to adjust make them ideal as he continues to grow. They are sturdy, comfortable, and hold their color for a long time.I’m always nervous ordering jeans for my son because nothing ever fits right. Especially jeans. They’re usually tight and don’t go up past his knees. For these jeans I ordered a size up than I normally put him in and it worked out perfectly. Wasn’t too big and wasn’t too tight. Just right in the middle. My son was comfortable in them and kept them on all day without any complaints. For reference my son is 42 inches tall, weighs 50 pounds and normally wears a boys size small or medium or pants size 5 or 6 depending on the brand. All companies seem to have different measurements when it comes to their sizing.My 4 year old is a 4 slim. Most pants are too big around the waist or too short in the legs. I ordered these jeans and a few others from other designers. These in slim were so small we couldn’t even button them. They fit fine in the length. The other brands in slim fit him perfectly. I exchanged these for size 4 regular. I’m still waiting for those to come in. I hope they fit better!Love these jeans for my son. He's in a 10/12 and I ordered a 12 slim. They are a little long but otherwise fit great. We have a hard time finding jeans that fit around his very little waist and these were perfect.Nice ... Go one size smaller for better fit.. Length is more compared to size.Waist is great, even can adjust the waist but the leg fit was so big they look super baggy on him. Guess it’s not the pants fault and they are good pants but maybe I need To get him a 14 skinny because the 14 husky is perfect for the waist and if the legs are more thick than they will be perfect. My son likes the baggy fit though he says not tight on crotch area so that’s great for him and he’s comfortable in them so that’s all that matters. Also with the adjusting the waist they don’t fall down so that’s great! Didn’t know they did that for this size.Por si a alguien le sirve, medidas del pantalón recto talla 18, yo lo compré para mi hijo de 13 que mide 1.65 y pesa 56kg, si bien la mezclilla no es gruesa, tampoco se ve de mala calidad.El pantalón está muy bien, la calidad es buena y el precio es bastante decente. Batallaba mucho porque mi hijo es muy delgado y por fin encontré unos pantalones que le van bien, solo hay que saber escoger entre Slim, regular y hushky y no se perderán, para mi hijo muy delgado el slim le quedó perfecto, si los recomiendo.He comprado ya varios de estos pantalones para mi hijo, la calidad es buena y nos gusta el corte. A mi hijo tambien le gustan mucho porque le ajustan muy bien, él es muy delgado así que siempre le compramos una talla mas chica y no tenemos problema ya que vienen largos.Excelente calidad y precio. Mi hijo es alto y delgado pero pido la talla regular y no slim porque no le gustan los pantalones ajustados. El hecho de que traigan elastico por dentro ayuda un buen. Compro esta marca desde que era pequeño y ahora que tiene 16 pido talla 18.La calidad del pantalon es muy aceptable. No es una mezclilla gruesa, es ligera de corte cómodo para jugar en el parque. La talla estándar 14 queda bien para un niño de 140 cm y 40 kg.
