These pants are very soft but also quite skinny around the leg and not lined as thickly as Target's Cat & Jack brand (fleece lined leggings). My daughter is 43 lbs and almost 7 which is on the smaller side. The picture is a size 7/8.It's a cute pant but 1. It is little bigger than the size provided. 2. It is not 100% cotton. Looks like a fleece like material, which is ok. The material is not bad, but definitely not cotton.This leggings fit well and are a great color. Very stretchy and comfortable!Cute, not much give or stretchThese pants are nice material and well-made, but the legs tend to be quite tight.So cute!
